Cold War's campaign also brought back story elements and characters from Black Ops 1 and Black Ops 2 in a way that worked well. As a result, Cold War feels like it belongs with Black Ops 1 and 2 in a way that the other sequels didn't. To sum it up: it feels like the creators actually tried this time.
The campaign is good but the always online requirement and the occasional cheater in multiplayer can make things a little annoying. People definitely still play it though. Wait for a major sale. If you like zombies and campaign its great.

Well simple solution for myself is to run Windowed (fullscreen) mode. It seems regular default fullscreen is what causes terrible lag. Also some dont notice that the game defaults their resolution scale above 100%, and some people cant handle that much usage, which causes lag. dial it down to 100.
